Buttercake -1








125 Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
1-1/2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
1/2 cup milk

Method

1.- Preheat oven 180 C
2. Using an electric mixer, beat butter, Vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy, add eff, 1 at a time, then stir in flour and milk until combined.
3.- Spread into prepared pan, bake 45 min.
