Seasoned Jellied Pork 肴肉


 










    Seasoned Jellied Pork 肴肉
    2 Pieces salted pork knuckles
    2 slices ginger
    2 stalks spring onion
    2  star  anise
    375 ml chicken broths
    3 tbsp gelatine  powder

    To serve:
    Dark vinegar
    Ginger shreds

    1.      Parboil the pork knuckles in boiling water for 30 mins. Rinse cold.
    2.      Place the pork knuckles in a saucepan , add the ginger , spring onion.
    3.      Dissolve the gelatine powder in the chicken powder completely.
    4.      Remove the pork knuckles from the boiling water to cool for a while. De-bone and arrange the meat in a container, then press firm. Fill in the gelatine mixture. Chill in fridge for a few hrs. until firm.
    5.      Remove and cut into pieces. Serve with dark vinegar and ginger shreds.
